Lindula's

I just wanted to share how my husband is out of the state effective this morning. I am going to be able to do what I want, when I want, eat what I want, well, you get the picture. (Ok, he's only gone for the weekend or I wouldn't be so ecstatic). This girl is going to be crafting all weekend and I don't even have to put anything away before I go to bed if I don't want to. Life is great.

If there are any girls who would like to come over and craft, you can feel free to do so beginning this evening. If I had a way to post my crafts on here on Tuesday, I would and you'll all be impressed=). (that's my motivation, so I actually get something done).

Have a lovely weekend everyone!!!!

does laundry count as a craft? - e.

Of course it does. So does creatively placing items as you clean, it's all about presentation, i.e. crafting. - Heather

I actually enjoy the "alone" days myself. Just as long as I don't get to many of them. I would have my closet color cordinated before to long....haha

My hubby is going to be gone
tomorrow so I think I will finally
hit the ironing. Send out Newsletters. Vacuum Richard's apt.
Or, phooey with it all and read a
book. Mom

Reading a book sounds much more enjoyable than ironing anyday!

I thought I was the only person left on earth who had not read the Da Vinci Code. Was at Walmart the other day and they are selling for $4.97 in paperback so bought it. Another woman did the same and after I commented, she had thought the same thing. Anyone read it yet? I started last night after work. Dishes and laundry aren't going anywhere are they? They've been hanging around for over 20 years, but can't see a single book around here that I read that long ago and still needs attention. Skip the ironing and vacuuming, Mom, it isn't going anywhere ... the dishes haven't!

i couldn't put the book down - so either dishes and laundry are going to have to wait a bit longer - or you'll have greater discipline. the book has like fifteen mysteries all going on simultaneously - whatever you make of the main story, everyone has to agree its brilliantly written.

enjoy. - e.

I have never read da vinci code....
Maybe Anita will let me borrow hers when she is done:) how was your weekend Heather? What did you get accomplished?

Haven't read the book either. I
am reading Margaret Truman's murder
mysteries that all take place in
Washington, D.C., which she knows
very well, having been a President's daughter. But I did
do the ironing. Wait 'til you hear Heather's weekend report! Mom

I am trying to get caught up after weeks of not logging in. I started with the newest posts and am working backwards. Heather, did I ever laugh when I read this post after already reading the events of your weekend. So muuch for plans! Thanks for the good chuckle:-)
