Diane,
I was talking to Pam Redman last week at the sunday school picnic, and she gave us your greetings...she told me she wanted that recipe for your wild rice salad....I want it too!

Didn't take any school carnival pics. Was going to take one of myself and all the other painted heads in the house, but camera batteries were dead ... and too lazy to switch them. Should have ... that will never happen again. For the rest of you ... kids have their hair painted funky at the carnival every year. The only day I'll allow them to be unnatural green/blue/red heads. Decided to see what kind of reaction I'd get if I did MINE! The reaction wasn't worth the headache from the smell. GROSS!! Was wondering if the carnival raised any $$ because the silent auction items were so few and seeminly paltry. Did okay ... I did very well. Am hoping my Lincoln Rose Bush, that I kept outbidding someone for, survives my best attempts to kill it. Maybe I should have let the other lady have it. May have been better for the life of the rose. It is absolutely gorgeous!
