And I am going to be eating some mac & cheese for a while ... and I can't stand the stuff! It was well worth the trip and am so happy I went. Now to figure out how to move up there! Will post more ... just not very impressed w/the photos. Do you want oodles of Alaska or oodles of Amber? -anita
