Today is the 2nd. Brainerd reported -29! We had the coldest of any that he checked. Would be nice if we had it a bit warmer for the wedding next weekend but not so warm that we get snow. Sounds like I'm not easy to please.

Just got back from an evening of New Year's services co-hosted by Minneapolis and Elk River. Grandma R had her car parked at our house. When on her way home, she called to say the thermometer in her car says -19. It has been cold for a few days now, so I am predicting good weather for the wedding weekend :)
