Update from the southwest....

wow, it's been a while since I posted on here!  Blogger is really being a bugger right now tho.  it won't let me move around my pictures, and I just pushed something wrong and two were deleted....so we'll see if I can finish this without any more problems!   We are all doing good down here!!  School is out on Wednesday,  and the girls are pretty excited about that!  we'll see how much fun we can cram in before baby comes!  We could have her as early as july 1st, so that doesn't give us much time!  But we are all getting anxious to welcome #6!!!  Frans is busy at work, and has actually had quite a bit of sidework the last month, so that is good!!

here are a few pictures to show a little of what we've been up to....

This picture was actually taken in April, but swimming season is in full swing now, and the girls  love it!!  I have even been in the pool twice now, and that is unusual for me to go in before the end of June!

Toni is done with Preschool and is now looking forward to being a big Kindergartner!!!  She really really loved preschool, and learned quite a bit there!  Am glad that we sent her:)

Grandpa transfered all the photos
to another file. All are very cute. Tried calling last night.
How is Frans doing? That tire
blowing up in his face must have hurt. I know when a semi tire blew
as we were passing it, the concussion of the blast made me think there was damage to the car but there wasn't. But a face?! dk

Frans' ears rang all day, and he was pretty unsteady, like his equilibrium was off. so we went to urgent care in the afternoon. We would have just gone to our regular doctor, but since it was a work injury, they had him go there. so we sat there for a long time! They just did a hearing test which he passed, but they want to see him again in a week.

I did not really pass the hearing test in my left ear. I did not hear any thing but the low noises. He said that that is normal but i need to go back next wed. to do it agian. The only reason i could not hear was because of the ringing in my ears. It is better now but is still ringing a bit.

What happened to make the tire blow? I'm always scared to death when Shawn has me help him put on new tractor tires and adding air and hoping they go on right!!!

Hi Becky! The pregnancy is going well! ( i think anyways :) ) I asked Frans the other day if he thought I wasn't as much of a crab this time as past prenancies....and he wouldn't answer me! He just said that no matter how he answers, it will be the wrong answer! haha! It is actually going by really fast and hard to believe i only have 4 weeks left! (maybe less) not as many aches and pains with this pregnancy, but you know how the end is...uncomfortable!
Heather, Frans wasn't working on the tire when it blew, he was just working on the truck somewhere right by the tire. And out of the blue, it just blew! He was just in the wrong place at the wrong time!

Glad to hear things are going ok Jenny. Hang in there through these end weeks! While it seems at any moment that it will take forever to have baby in your arms, in hind sight, days and weeks pass pretty quickly. We will be anxiously waiting to hear the news :).

Jenny just told me that she has been giving the wrong info on the tire blow up. I do not know where she is getting her info from but it was not from me. I still know what I am saying I just can not hear what I am saying in my left ear. I was filling up the tire stoped to check what it was at and seen it was only at 38 pounds so went back to filling it. the tire is on the inside of the rear dually. it is kind of hard to get the air valve on so i was reaching between the tires with the air chuck and reaching through the outside rim with a wrench to hold the chuck on. my forhead was resting on the tire because I am lazy. The tire was probably rubbing togather when it was low pressure and weakend the side wall.
It popped like a ballon about three to five inches from my face. There was a six inch tear in the tire. The pressure pealed my eyes open, sent my chew out of my mouth and snapped my head back. the pressure also forced blood through my skin on my face because after I washed it off there was no cuts. the pop was so loud that a neighbor five houses down heard it inside his house and went out to see what happend. Seen me walking around holding my head and came to see if I needed help. Said I was fine and went to get a new tire. At the tire store my balance started to go wacky. (that is what happens when you wreck your ears) The office made me go to get checked out when they heard about it.so went in and failed my hearing test in left ear. No kidding doctor all i could hear was the ringing. after a few days it got better. went in today and the hearing test machine was broken. so i need to go back another day. all will be fine know I am sure. Just clearing up the stories that Jenny has been telling.
