For the moment, I will live by the theme, "Better late than never." Thank you Heather for posting a more recent picture of Abigail. Here are a couple from when she entered the world. Wayne and I were in Washington when she arrived on June 14th, but were able to meet her the day she came home. We are happy they live nearby so we can see her often. While my mind and reality are not yet in sync around the "gramma" title, she is mighty adorable and a blessing to have!
Funny how one birth ages us all. Eric, Rosella and Abigail were at Randalls when we stopped there last evening. Also Michelle was very ill with a throat problem and Debbie was also ill but not her throat. Hope she is all mended by Tuesday as she goes via chartered bus to Hascib confo. dk
I have lamented often about the fact that I am a great aunt ... MANY times over on Jari's side of the family. Somehow great aunt always reminds me of nursing homes and missing eyelashes. Don't feel like I'm quite there yet. Got a good grip on the head going gray ... but the eyelashes????!!! -a

I wasn't sure how that worked Debbie. Cool, now I'm a great uncle, always wanted to be great at something. Ivan
