Here's a few glimpses of what is new at our house

Had a bridal shower for Sarah (Jason Lindula's fiancee) at our house:Here's a look at what the cabinets are shaping up to look like;
hopefully there will be doors some day.
We seem to have a contest with Momma goats and their babies for the closest resembalance. Super cute:

Bella and Tulip

Chubs and Lucky (she needs to be brushed, but wouldn't let me that day)

Flicka with her baby boy "Rocky"

Precious with her baby boy "Ivory"

One of our highlanders

We should have cattle calving in May, with this one appearing to be due soon!

Just taking care of the chickens. It's fun to have different ones to add color, character, etc. If you ever feel you are having a bad hair day....

Curios Georg(I)e is pregnant again and should be due soon.

Flowers are coming up and it's time to get into the flower bed and get them cleaned up :)

Our new "TOM Turkey"
He's a bit agressive and so huge!!!

Our barnyard was missing some sounds, so got us a couple roosters to add another melody. I love these ones with their beautiful coloring.

That's us in a nutshell. Got some new pheasants but with the rain, haven't really wanted to haul my camera out yet. Hopefully this weekend!

that's one way to keep the insides of your cabinets looking all nice and organized....take the doors off! Then you're forced to have them look nice! When is Jason and this gal getting married? Is that shawn's brother?

I can't wait to see your new animals! Next weekend for a couple minutes while you're at the auction? You sure can tell which kid belongs to which mamma!

Thanks for sharing pictures! Give us some more of the kitchen and the outside of the house. Maybe when Amber is up there she'll snap a few! :)

Heather can't post until Mon. so
I'll say Jason is Shawn's nephew.
She'll explain more. Heather, is
there anyway I could get a real
photo of each of these postings for
a project of mine?

I'll take this spot to say what
happened in Brainerd Sat.-Sun. We
were gone but more snow must have
come during the day Sat. as the lot
was plowed when we got home. You
could tell our sidewalk had been
shoveled but it had drifted in since then. Now Sun. morning it is
a beautiful sunshine and the snow
melting off the roof took a peg off
the new birdfeeder that got hung off eave outside our large l.r.
window. Perhaps that was the last
snowfall for winter '07-'08! dk

I really want cabinet doors as it is impossible for me to keep the cupboards clean. The construction process has stopped for the time being. Maybe next winter :)

Jay and Sarah are getting married in May. Jay is Shawn's nephew (his brother Dan's oldest son). He and Sarah are currently living in Duluth - she is working with a BA in Sociology and he is completing his Master's degree and will be graduating the same day as Liz (5/17) and the wedding is the next weekend I think.

As for pictures of the house. I really will try to snap some today. My house is relatively clean - no, not real clean, just better than other times :)

Mom, what pictures do you want? I can save some on a CD for you and you can print at your leisure. Send me an e-mail with the pictures that you want and if I can get you any other photos. I think we talked about this before. Sorry!!

Hope everyone has a wonderful week.
