Just a little fun on a Sunday

We must be at about the same stage of spring here in Brainerd. We can
still see the birds in the trees but once the leaves fill out more it will hide birds from our view.

Put in a new window bird seed feeder. They can sit on the edge of the box and eat, dropping shells
into window box with pansies. Well
the squirrels had to check that out. Didn't have cayenne pepper so
sprinkled cummin and chili powder into window box. Kept squirrels
away for days. Must have faded so
had to shake on a second dose. Now
squirrels haven't been back yet.
Coming home from Menahga there were
2 squirrels in the tomato container. Gave it some spices
also.

Anita,
Beautiful pages. I'm guessing they are done on the computer? Digital scrapbooking? I want to learn how to do that.

Mom,
That's how you get spicy tomato sauce by putting cummin and chili powder on your tomato plants :)

Love the pages! Seeing Jari with Duke made me chuckle thinking back to when I was last at your place and he was busy feeding him his pulla or was it cake?

It was probably pulla. Duke use to sit with his nose twitching while the pulla baked. I think he's given up. I rarely have time to bake anymore ... and when I do ... I'm eating it, not Duke. :)

Digital scrapping is so much fun. Download free scrapbooking embellishments or pay $1 for an entire kit. Use them over and over, change the colors, positions .. everything! It really is a blast.

Thanks for the pepper seeds Mom & Isa. Picked up mail today and there they were. Need to get that greenhouse going sometime very soon.

Dinner is done, time to go eat. I'm hungry. Pot roast, potatoes, carrots and bread machine bread. Yummy! Welcome for dinner!
