Thanks! According to the MN Court System there is a contested omnibus hearing scheduled for this Monday. That's the latest so far. Don't know if you know or not, but Heather was asking where the trial will be taking place. Paglecetti (sp?) is the judge so am assuming it is in Virginia! Talked to Charlie if I could get time off to go and his reply was, "it would be interesting." I take it my boss approved the request! :)
For the rest of you: incase you are wondering what this is all about. . . Jesaiah is the one who has been arrested in the murder of the girl in Eveleth last August. When I was up on the Range the other weekend, Kathy, Laurie and I were saying how that would be an interesting trial to attend, even if only for a couple days. Now I am just keeping tack of the court proceedings so we have an idea of when the actual trial starts since it is supposed to be in June. ~jen~
